Master Your Message Workshop – Terms & Conditions

By registering for the Master Your Message Workshop (the "Workshop"), you agree to the following terms and conditions
1. Registration & Enrollment
1.1 Eligibility
• You must be 18 years of age or older to register• By registering, you represent that you are authorized to enter into this agreement• This Workshop is intended for small business owners, entrepreneurs, and marketing professionals
1.2 Registration Process
• Registration is completed by submitting the online form with accurate information• You are responsible for providing correct contact information• A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration
1.3 Limited Capacity
• The Workshop has limited capacity (12 participants per session)• Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis• We reserve the right to close registration when full• We reserve the right to cancel a session if minimum enrollment is not met
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Pricing
• Pricing is as stated at the time of registration• Price is subject to change without notice for future registrations• Your price is locked upon form submission
2.2 Payment Methods
• You will receive a separate invoice from New Light Consultants• Payment terms and accepted methods will be specified on the invoice• For monthly payment plans, invoices will be sent monthly
2.3 Cancellation of Payment
• If you do not complete payment within 15 days of invoice, your registration may be cancelled• Late or non-payment may result in removal from the Workshop
2.4 Refunds
• No refunds are issued for attended sessions• Cancellations requested more than 15 days before the Workshop start date receive refund in full• Cancellations requested less than 15 days before start date receive no refund• Contact nick@newlightconsultants.com to request cancellation
3. Attendance & Participation
3.1 Session Attendance
• The Workshop consists of 12 weekly sessions• Sessions are held on Thursdays from April 2nd to June 18th at your selected time: morning (7:30am - 8:30am) or afternoon (12:00pm - 1:00pm)• Sessions are held at the Power Plant Business Incubator, located at 405 SE Osceola Ave, Ocala, FL 34471
3.2 Attendance Expectations
• Participants are expected to attend all 12 sessions• Attendance will be tracked• If you miss more than 2 sessions, you may forfeit access to remaining sessions or certificate (if applicable)• If you need to miss a session, notify nick@newlightconsultants.com in advance
• Participants may attend alternate morning/afternoon session to avoid missing sessions due to scheduling conflict (please notify nick@newlightconsultants.com or call 914-760-3789 to request alternate session attendance)
3.3 Recording & Intellectual Property
• Sessions may be recorded by the facilitator for reference purposes only• You grant permission for use of recordings for internal use, including but not limited to future program design and social media posts• You may not record sessions without prior written consent• All Workshop materials, course content, and intellectual property remain the property of New Light Consultants
3.4 Participation Requirements
• Actively participate in discussions and exercises• Come prepared with any assigned pre-work• Bring necessary materials as outlined in pre-workshop instructions• Be respectful and professional to other participants and facilitator
4. Code of Conduct
4.1 Professional Environment
• The Workshop is a professional, respectful environment• Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated• Participants who violate the code of conduct may be removed without refund
4.2 Confidentiality
• Some information shared in the Workshop may be confidential to other participants• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow participants• Do not share identifying information about others without permission• Business strategies and specific examples should be treated as confidential
4.3 Prohibited Conduct
• No selling or solicitation to other participants• No recording of sessions without consent (see Section 3.3)• No use of the Workshop to promote competing products/services• No harassment or inappropriate conduct
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
5.1 As-Is Basis
• The Workshop is provided "as-is" and "as-available"
• Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control• Past success stories are examples only and do not guarantee your results
5.3 Not Professional Advice
• The Workshop is educational in nature and is not:
• Legal advice (consult an attorney for legal matters)  • Financial/investment advice (consult a financial advisor)  • Medical or health advice  • Tax advice (consult a tax professional)
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 No Liability
• New Light Consultants and its facilitators are not liable for any:
• Direct or indirect damages  • Lost profits or revenue  • Loss of business opportunity  • Injury or illness  • Any damages arising from your use of Workshop materials or implementation of strategies
6.2 Your Responsibility
• You are solely responsible for:
• Your implementation of Workshop teachings  • Your business decisions based on Workshop content  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations  • Obtaining professional advice (legal, financial, medical, tax) as needed
7. Privacy & Data
7.1 Data Collection
• We collect your name, email, phone, and business information for:
• Workshop administration  • Sending session reminders  • Providing course materials  • Follow-up communications
7.2 Data Protection
• Your data is kept confidential and not shared with third parties (except as required by law)• Your email will not be sold or rented• You may request to unsubscribe from communications at any time
8. Technical Requirements
8.1 Virtual/Hybrid Sessions
• You are responsible for having reliable internet connection• New Light Consultants is not liable for technical difficulties on your end• We will attempt to accommodate technical issues, but cannot guarantee resolution
8.2 Platform & Access
• Access details (Zoom link, password, login credentials) will be provided via email• Do not share access details with non-participants• Unauthorized access may result in removal from the Workshop
9. Modifications & Cancellation
9.1 Right to Modify
• New Light Consultants reserves the right to:
• Modify Workshop schedule or format with notice  • Reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances  • Update content or materials  • Cancel the Workshop if minimum enrollment is not met (with full refund)
9.2 Cancellation by Workshop
• If the entire Workshop is cancelled by New Light Consultants, a full refund will be issued• Cancellation of individual sessions may be rescheduled; no refunds issued for rescheduled content
10. Termination of Access
10.1 Right to Remove
• New Light Consultants reserves the right to remove participants who:
• Violate the code of conduct  • Harass other participants  • Attempt to record without consent  • Engage in unauthorized solicitation  • Violate intellectual property rights
10.2 No Refund Upon Removal
• Removal due to violation of terms results in forfeiture of remaining Workshop sessions• No refund will be issued
11. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions remain in effect.
